As our new marketing & communications intern, you'll be an integral part of the team. You will:

• Create content for LinkedIn, newsletters, and the website

• Co-writing/contributing to blogs, personal stories, and interviews

• Assisting with setting up online campaigns or events

• Setting up and managing social media, and responding to followers

• Brainstorming creative campaigns

• SEO/SEA optimization and email marketing

• Assisting with graphic content/designing promotional material (if you're skilled in that area)

• Tracking data & statistics to see what works – and what doesn't

We are currently in the middle of a rebranding where we're overhauling everything, so you can make a real impact! In short: you'll get a lot of freedom, but you're never on your own.

• You are pursuing a higher professional education (HBO) or university (WO) degree in communication & marketing

• You are social, curious, and dare to share ideas

• You have a way with words and know how to move people with your writing

• Experience with, for example, Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud

• You have an interest in the world of mental health and correctional facilities (experience is not required, but interest is)

• You are also proficient in English communication; German is a plus

• An internship where you truly contribute to a good cause

• Scope for your own ideas, initiatives, and growth

• An enthusiastic team that takes you seriously (and also enjoys a good laugh with you)

• Internship stipend of € 450 per month
